Steffany González

Steffany is a Latin American writer based in Spain. Born in Venezuela, she is sensitive to issues affecting her community in Europe such as immigration, employment, race, class, gender and inclusion. With a strong background in environmental studies gained through her dissertation on the EU’s Green Colonialism in Chile, she is particularly drawn to the energy transition and climate change. Her interests in international politics and identity matters, combined with a degree in International Relations from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, professional experience in Spanish governmental bodies, and a personal poetry account on social media, shape Steffany’s style and perspective.
