Ming Wa (Chris) Guan

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Chris is an undergraduate Jardine Scholar in International Business and European Studies at the University of Hong Kong. With a keen research interest in European, Chinese, and Hong Kong politics, Chris has worked for various political research centres and diplomatic agencies, including the United States Consulate General in Hong Kong and Macau. His previous writings focused on Hong Kong’s business environment and the tension across the Taiwan Strait. He plans to pursue an academic career and looks forward to sharing his unique insights at Europinion.
