Emrah Roni Mira

Emrah Roni Mira completed his undergraduate studies in International Relations at Yalova University, graduating with honours. For his bachelor's thesis, he travelled to Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan to study the border issues between the two countries. Subsequently, he pursued a master's degree in International Relations with a specialisation in Asia at Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University. He has conducted extensive field research on border issues in Central Asia, particularly focusing on Uzbekistan-Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, and has published articles and book chapters on these topics. Additionally, he has conducted numerous research projects in the field of international relations in Iraq and Turkey. His special and academic interests lie in international relations and foreign policy, with a particular focus on regional politics in the Middle East, Eurasia, and Central Asia. He specialises in political studies on the Kurds.
